急！！！请问在使用LVS做负载均衡，Virtual Server 和 Real Server 可以在同一台机器上吗？

我有四台服务器做HTTP服务，本来是两台做VS+HA（ipvs+keepalived），两台做Real Server，而且可以正常使用了。但是感觉两台负载均衡器太浪费，可不可以让两台负载均衡器也提供HTTP服务，具体设置需要怎么做？（我有尝试过在上面做了HTTP服务，绑定了IP和arp抑制，更改了keepalived配置文件重启服务但是不行，是不是哪里还要设置一下啊？）请各位指点一下啊？
