安装好 piranha-0.8.2-1.i386.rpm 后启动不了请高手指点

[root@localhost conf]# /sbin/service piranha-gui start
Starting piranha-gui: (13)Permission denied: make_sock: could not bind to address [::]:3636
no listening sockets available, shutting down
Unable to open logs

我记得应该是"service pulse start"来启动piranha服务，"service piranha-gui start"是启动图形化的Web管理界面吧？

我现在是用 /usr/sbin/piranha_gui -f /etc/sysconfig/ha/conf/httpd.conf 启动的 piranha PHP管理界面 ,还有就是没有找到其他文章里写的在X下的piranha的配置工具

这个错误是说,已经有了一个进程占用了3636端口,所以启动不了

tail -f /var/log/message 出现错误

ie:http://192.168.1.200 无法访问局域网的真实服务器
