HeartBeat,为什么我的资源不会随heartbeat启动而启动?

我的资源文件如下配置(ipvsadm.sh,这个文件在/etc/ha.d/resource.d/ 目录下,启动方式支持 start|stop)
[root@redhat5 log]# tail /etc/ha.d/haresources
