heartbeat问题

heartbeat在开机启动的时候成功了，但是hearesouce里配置的服务却没有启动起来，一定要等到ha.cf里配置的initdead 时间过后才会启动hearesouce里配置的服务，实在是搞不懂了。

这个启动了，一切都正常了。为什么不在开始启动heartbeat的时候就把配置好的hearesouce里的服务启动起来呢？
